About

Cornell University's Division of Nutritional Sciences Program in International Nutrition (@Cornell_PIN) focuses on research, policy and action to improve nutrition and health in low and middle-income countries. The PIN network of research faculty and staff, graduate students, and alumni is connected by engagement in efforts to discover, implement, and evaluate strategies to address immediate and underlying causes of poor nutrition. During the PIN podcast, PIN Program graduate students and postdocs connect with leaders in international nutrition to learn about their career trajectory, discuss past and current work ('day in the life'), and hear advice ('what I wish I knew as a graduate student'). These conversations aim to help listeners make the most out of their graduate programs and future careers in research. • Find out more at the PIN homepage: https://www.human.cornell.edu/dns/research/centers/PIN • Creator: Dr. Saurabh Mehta, Director of Program in International Nutrition • Editing: Elena Cherchi, @elenacherchicom • Season 1 Interviewers: Elizabeth Centeno Tablante, @CentenoTablante • Cristina Guitron, @cris_guitron Samantha L.
